CAT 2:

- Custom training schedule based on the athlete's goals, daily schedule and personal needs.

- 1 weekly phone call and unlimited e-mail consultation for schedule adjustment and questions.

- Athlete initiated communication.

- Power based training.

- $150 per month with a $100 initial assessment fee.

Pro Plan:

- Most personalized plan available.

- Custom training schedule based on the athlete's goals, daily schedule, and personalized needs.

- Nutritional plan.

- Cross training plan.

- Unlimited phone and E-mail consultation.

- Athlete or Coach initiated Communication.

- Power based training.

- $280 per month with a $150 initial assessment fee.
