Client Update

Congratulations to D Hall Coaching clients Brad Phillips and Scott Miner. Brad has had an outstanding year winning the MTB SC State Championships and finishing 8th at the MTB National Championships in CO. Scott has had too many wins to count and now has a SC State Road Race Championships winner's Jersey to wear! Hope he looks good in blue!

- Athlete or Coach initiated Communication.

- Power based training.

- Train like a pro.

- $280 per month with a $150 initial assessment fee.

Do you race 2-3 events per year?

- This may be the way to go. Plans based on small time periods instead of a yearly plan.
