Client update:
Seamus Powell finished the year in fine form scoring back to back 3rd place finishes at the Wyndham Mtn National in NY and the U.S. National Championships in Mt. Snow, VT.
Congrats on a strong season Seamus.
After we elvaluated the season, we now no how to make next year even better. So look out!
On another note, my new job at Trek Bikes of Mount Pleasant has offered D.Hall Coaching clients more services. I now have a location for coaching and can now provide fitting services, products, and nutritional products for my clients.
