New development- D Hall Coaching clients will now be entitled to a sizeable discount on a professional bike fit at Trek Bicycles of Mount Pleasant.
If you've never had one done, you'll find a good fit will help you maximize your power output, comfort level, and solve those pesky biomechanical problems that plague your efficiency.
Stop by or call for an appointment- I'll do an assessment of your current fit, flexibility, past athletic history, past injuries, and then we'll develop a plan to maximize your potential through a correct fit.
With all the time and resources put into high level cycling it would be a shame if you are not efficiently transferring that work to maximum productivity on the bike.

Spring Client Updates
D Hall Coaching clients have had tremendous success this spring. Scott Miner pulled off many podium appearances this April at the Ion Crit, SC State Crit Championships, Tour de Moore, and the Walterboro Criterium. This included 2 wins and a Bronze State Championship medal.
Brad Phillips held it down on the mountain bike side of things with a State Championship this Saturday in Spartanburg. This in addition to doing alot of valuable work for the team in road events through the spring.
Chris MacKenzie has had a stellar spring as well with many aggressive race performances in the 4's and Master's fields netting a fine 2nd place at the Ion Village Smackdown and a strong performance in the break during the Master's State Championship the following day.
Good job guys and keep up the hard work!
